I've been a practicing Massage Therapist since 1996 when I graduated from the Boulder School of Massage Therapy. I'm nationally certified, a member of the ABMP, and licensed in the state of Colorado. I have been an avid and competitive mountain and road runner for well over 20 years. Because of this I'm very much aware of the structural demands that athletic endeavors require and bring that knowledge into my work. I specialize in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. Whether it's injury treatment, deep tissue, stress relief, general maintenance and injury prevention, or simply a nice relaxing massage, you're in good hands. 

10 time USATF Masters National Champion in Mountain Running and Trail Running. 5 time USATF Masters Mountain Runner of the Year and Masters Sub-ultra Trail Runner of the Year.
