About Me

I have been practicing massage since 1996 when I graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. I am a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

While I specialize in Deep Tissue and Sports massage, I aim to bring a sense of calm and ease into all sessions. As a competitive runner and Nordic skier, I'm well aware of the structural demands that athletic endeavors require and bring that knowledge into my work. I approach bodywork with a sense of humility, reverence, and attention to detail.

I have taught Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage, Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Kinesiology at various massage schools. Most recently at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy.
